1. This study presents one region, with a global perspective in textile circularity, as a case study. 2. Types of the studies addressing the fiber waste recycling and reuse, and the research work studies describing the conversion of fiber waste in any useful textile material are summarized, review, and discussed to enhance the state of the art development. 3. This study will ultimately be useful in directing and assisting more useful research in fiber waste recycling and reuse with industrial, economic and environmental viability.
