Why is it important?
Over the course of 10-20 years of living with Parkinsons disease, most patients develop either hallucinations (e.g. seeing things that aren't there) or delusions (fixed, false beliefs). Management of this problem is complicated, in part because most antipsychotics worsen parkinsonism.
Perspectives
This is my nod to a hobby of mine, the constructed language Esperanto. The article is in English but is followed by an abstract in Esperanto.
