Current prospects and challenges of nanomedicine delivery in prostate cancer therapy

What is it about?

The rationale for use of nanomedicine delivery by systemic route has been subjected to scrutiny due to several side effect. Such limitation has been shown to be overcome by loco-regional delivery of nanomedicines. We have emphasized on the various loco-regional route for nanomedicine delivery for the treatment of prostate cancer. Further, we have discussed the limitations associated with each of the routes. These will give an overview of the potential strategies for delivering nanomedicine in prostate cancer therapy.
