Why is it important?

For hospitals with stroke centers that have not yet implemented the PHN system, we strongly suggest to do so, because its implementation is easy and cheap, it does not need any specific infrastructure and its effects reflect in the short term.

Perspectives

This article is important to me because it showed that alghough in developing countries building a new system is dificult because it usualy needs money, infrastructure and a good runnig system, the proccess discussed in this manuscript could be implemented succesfully.
