What is it about?
Nigrosine black is a dye used for colouring in tanning Industry. Huge effluent releases from tanning industries have huge residual of this dye and reaches in near water bodies .This dye produceses abnormalities in fish blood morphology.

This dye produce morbidity in fishes and impair their blood formation system. Blood formation system is important system for growth of fish.
Perspectives
There is need for more investigations on these dye impact on fish and need to develop more efficient technique for recovery of these dye from effluent of tanning industry .
