What is it about?

Patients undergoing surgical management of kidney tumours can have all or part of the affected kidney removed. We evaluated how many patients developed end-stage kidney disease (kidney failure) following surgical management of kidney tumours in an Australian population-based cohort, and identified possible risk factors for this.
