Dissemination and Early Experiences of an Electronic Patient-Reported Outcome Measure (ePROM) in Nephrology Clinic

What is it about?

People with kidney disease face several symptoms which can impair quality of life. We describe the integration of an electronic patient-reported outcome measure with our electronic health record system. This instrument has the potential to help people with kidney disease report symptoms to their clinical care teams, who can use responses to guide clinical care.
