What is it about?
This systematic review looked at the relationship between how active participants were and how captivated they were in the digital health program. Captivated was measured via 'engagement outcomes', defined as both the usage of the digital health intervention and the users' experience of the program (subjective experience).

Why is it important?
We found that those who were more captivated and used the technology more, were more physically active. It will be important for future programs to explore strategies to improve users experience and engagement with technology supporting physical activity programs, such as websites and apps.
