What is it about?
Deconstruction of the Cold War geopolitical order, accompanied by geopolitical transition, has brought the establishment of a New World geopolitical order. To comprehend the nature and characteristics of that new order, we must be generally acquainted with the world order features, with the conditions of its emergence, players and processes.
