Why is it important?
There is a paradigm shift in the field of education. The approach has shifted from traditional to interdisciplinary. As a new approach brings with it many challenges, this chapter provides a conceptual understanding of the approach, giving clarity to the readers on its nature, characteristics and application.
Perspectives
The experience of writing this chapter was great as it was a learning experience for the authors. While framing this chapter, there is surely a self-enrichment in the insight and the understanding. I as a main author enjoyed while working on this chapter.
