What is it about?

A set of M simplex signals are obtained by removal of the average signal of M orthogonal signals from each of them. It is proved that the dimension of the set of M simplex signals is M-1. In this work, a set of M-1 orthonormal basis functions are obtained for the simplex signal space. Using this set, an interesting orthogonal transform matrix is built. Also, another set of complex basis functions are obtained using DFT (Discrete Fourier Transform) Matrix.
