This paper looks into the levels of physical activity among adults living in Kuwait and the major barriers to performing adequate physical activity.

Why is it important?
At a time when more people are following unhealthy diets and being affected by chronic disease physical activity is of utmost importance to maintain a healthy lifestyle. But in the modern era we are living in there are many barriers to performing any form of physical activity. We look into the levels of Physical activity performed by adults in Kuwait and the main barriers to physical activity most people face.
Perspectives
I hope this article will make people understand the level of physical activity they are doing currently and what they need to actually do to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I hope this article encourages people to be more physically active and work around the barriers of physical activity keeping in mind their own health and the the health of their loved ones.
