Many Twitter users do not have detailed information about the coronavirus, about the coronavirus vaccine. Therefore, users are easily convinced of wrong judgments. We have chosen a topic of discussion that evokes strong emotions among the Russian-speaking audience. This is the topic of vaccination and testing for coronavirus. We found out the main topics of discussion regarding testing for coronavirus. The common PCR test for coronavirus is a complex biochemical process, the essence of which is known only to a narrow circle of specialists. Due to ignorance of how the PCR process works, people often make false judgments about the test. We have clarified the main misconceptions and judgments about PCR testing.
