What is it about?

Using the results of a global survey, we found that female decision-makers are more emotional compared to their male colleagues. The emotional gender difference during the decision-making process is magnified in the education sector.

Our results are based on a quantitative survey. It shows that the emotion-neutrality dimension is statistically different in gender-based decision making.
