What is it about?
Iodine 131 therapy is the best treatment for patients of thyrotoxicosis. When we monitored the patient's biochemical and hormonal parameters after taking oral radiotherapy, there observed an increase in chloride and creatinine levels leading to kidney disorders, so the patients should be monitored for kidney functioning also, and dehydration should be controlled possibly.
