What is it about?
Ivabradine 5 mg patch give therapeutic effects up to 24 hrs.. while conventional tablet gives therapeutic effect up to 5to 6 hr only..so patch is effective than tablet

Why is it important?
Patch reduce side effect because we can remove patch, drug dosing is remove while that is not possible in tablet... Because ivabradine directly reduce heart rate , there is chance of heart stopp pr bradycardia in higher dose.. so transdermal patch is effective and not safe as compare to tablet
