Synthesis of zirconia nano particles (20nm) & their composition with a new fluoro monomer is a key factor. Salient features include smart action and self healing ability,ecofriendly free from heavy metal and chromate ions etc.Tremendous outcome of these newly synthesisized nano composites in respect of anticorrisive, anti abrasive & hydrophobic behaviour of coating provides a new horizon for research scholars to explore more dynamic product.

Self healing epoxy primer paint can be used for protection of all types of steel in marine & industrial environments with a suitable undercoat/top coat.It's a matter of great honour for ourselves that Bentham science publication gave me a great opportunity to publish our research work in reputed international journal.The research work carried out under the supervision of great scientist Dr.S.K.Dhawan whose immense knowledge,creative ideas and inspiration bring such success.Thanks to almighty.
