What is it about?

Youth mental health is a delicate field and recent research suggest the importance of new treatments for those at risk. We proposed an innovative protocol aimed to strenghtening youths' identity and working on subjective mental processes involved in social interactions. We therefore created and presented in this work a protocol based on Video-Therapy and Metacognitive Training.

Why is it important?

We look forward to define new pathways of intervention sustainable for mental health services and effective for young people at risk of developing mental disorders.

Perspectives

Future perspective include the exploration of new tratments as well as further studies to investigate the Video-Therapy efficacy.
