nurses' status in policy making for nursing in Iran was unclear and fragmented. we have explored for the first time that how is the status of participation in policy making by Iranian nurse administrators in all hierarchical levels of nursing management.

nurses are in the first line of health care servicing. so what it is approved in healthcare policy making sessions would be firstly apply by nurses. and nurses presence and participation in theses sessions are essential for approving better policies for a better patient care

i hope this article makes nurses in all levels of education and care servicing to more participate in nursing issues even if by participation in nursing organizations
