Why is it important?

We have to understand the dynamic of healthcare professional' mental health, what was important factor/s to maintain their mental health. Results indicated that a high resilience score was associated with low scores for depression, anxiety, and somatoform symptoms. Although the perceived social support did not predict mental health, considering the role of resilience in reducing mental health problems, we suggest government and health authorities design an intervention program to increase Healthcare Professionals’ resilience.
