What is it about?
The main causes of non-traumatic shoulder pain in Emergency is calcific periarthritis of the shoulder . We demonstrated that local administration of Arnica Compositum+Acidum Nitricum+Hekla Lava ointment mixture, which in our pilot study was superior to Arnica Compositum alone, could be safely suggested as alternative uneventfully treatment.

Our mixture is important especially to limit drug consumption, easy to use and because reduces pain and increases the mobility of the shoulder.
Perspectives
We hope that this study could help clinicians especially using more invasive therapy later and also if there is even less evidence about the efficacy of natural medications the results of the study may be an evidence for Calcific Periarthritis of the Shoulder management.
