What is it about?
Alzheimer is a multi-hitting disease. It not only affects the life of the patient but also the whole family. Many theories have arisen to explain its cause, nevertheless, there is no definite and specific one that succeeded to find an effective cure. It is beneficial to summarize the most recent updates with this silent disease.

Why is it important?
In this piece of work, we tried to collect the researchers' huge efforts in explaining the causes of Alzheimer's disease to spread the word and elevate the level of awareness of causes and the most recent lines of treatments.
Perspectives
I hope that this review article helps researchers to discover new lines of AD treatments because to remember that you are forgetting is really impossible but still regrettable.........
