What is it about?
Thiazole derivatives are an important molecules in modern medicinal chemistry. They show various biological activity. Also, one of the important essential vitamin, thiamine (vitamin B1) include the thiazole moiety.

Why is it important?
Our results showed some thiazole-piperazine derivatives showed good anticancer activity. Therefore, these molecule structures and their bioisosters will open a new window for the researchers in medicine and related sciences.
Perspectives
It was a great pleasure as a member of the study group to research and write with the co-authors. Also, I hope this article gives an inspiration to researchers to find what they try to develop or evaluate.
