What is it about?
Post preparation in a compromised canal like bifurcated premolars has a high possibility of perforation or root fractures. By knowing the best drill for post space of the premolar’s canal will prevent these complications. In this study, we compared the most commonly used two drills for canal preparation: The Para post & Pesso reamer drills. By using CBCT we analyzed 72 bifurcated premolars before and after post space preparation.
