Why is it important?
The aim of this paper was to evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithm for improving optimization of water reservoir systems. The SCE algorithm was introduced and enhanced by integration with the DE algorithm to produce the proposed algorithm. The results show that the proposed algorithm is a reasonable alternative to optimizing resource systems and can be used to solve complex issues of water resources.
Perspectives
Writing this article was a great pleasure as it has co-authors with whom I have had long standing collaborations. Reservoir optimization is a continuous optimization problem which is also a NP-hard in nature. In this article, the proposed algorithm is a reasonable choice for optimizing reservoir systems and can be applied to the complex issue of water resources.
