What is it about?

The article focuses on the regulation due to the significance of groundwater in relation with the population growth in big cities. This carries big challenges or impacts in accordance with the development growth. The existence of the groundwater for human living in the developing cities plays an important roles particularly for the residents in big cities. Therefore, a regulation or legal justice on this issue is absolutely needed.

Why is it important?

Our findings show that the regulation could be established as the main framework or concept of designing a relationship between development and law functions such as in the cities development which requires law that rules some fundamental issues, one of those is water. Accordingly, the existence of law is significant in order to create good governance society.

Perspectives

Writing this article was a great pleasure as this article could carry big contribution on law studies in terms of law as a tool of social engineering as the regulation or law in the cities development.
