What is it about?

This topic has never been more important, especially with the IMO having prepared the way forward for a very long time now. Kindly note the effective force date of the new international law: 'The International Maritime Organization (IMO) has announced that the International Convention for the Control and Management of Ships’ Ballast Water and Sediments (BWM Convention) has been ratified and will now enter into force in September 2017.' This paper will be helpful in preparing the culture of any nation in its efforts to protect the marine environment while engaging in international trade and ship transportation activities.
