What is it about?

One of the softwares, which can be used in caviation modeling, is Fluent. In this software it is possible to implement directly from the interface only three homogeneous cavitation models. To implement other homogeneous cavitation models, it is necessary to use UDFs (user defined functions). The article shows verificiation of such a tool. The appendix contains the analysed codes.

Why is it important?

The main difficulty in cavitation prediction when using Fluent software, is lack of an openly accessible tool for implementation of a freely chosen homogeneous cavitation model. The article contains the verified codes for implementation of homogeneous cavitation models in the Fluent software.
