Why is it important?

This study becomes important because of the reportage of MERS beyond the shores of Saudi Arabia where it was initially thought to be restricted to, it also examines the preparedness of health workers in Nigeria and their vulnerability to any infectious disease.

Perspectives

I believe that more efforts need to be inputted into the way Nigerian health workers live above their vulnerability to infectious diseases, so studies like this are needed to put this issue in front burner of health policy formulation and implementation.
