Resilience, in particular, is notably present among Ciputra Group leaders. Additionally, the results reveal five influences of Ciputra in entrepreneurial leadership dimensions on the behavior of leaders who interact directly with him. Perspectives
Writing this article was a meaningful experience as it allowed me to reflect on the leadership legacy of the late Ciputra, a figure I deeply respect. This research goes beyond theory—it captures how values like resilience and vision can shape an entire organization. Hearing directly from leaders who worked closely with him reminded me that true leadership is not just about strategy, but about personal character and lasting influence. I hope this article inspires others to see leadership as something that can be lived, passed on, and used to build sustainable organizations.
