Why is it important?
In this study I focused on ambulatory blood pressure measurements in diabetic children of various stage of diabetic condition and renal elements as microalbuminura to detect any relation and to get benifit of early management by renal protectives even in presence of sporadic outpatient clinic normal blood pressure followup
Perspectives
To find a good and accessible method to determine early changes of blood pressure in diabetic children to save their kidneys as ambulatory blood pressure monitoring should be taken under consideration and should be used widely in all diabetic health units.
