Why is it important?

The existing studies of same issue provided low-level evidence, and this study is a large-sample size cohort of china, the outcomes of it gave weight to the notion that minimally invasive endoscopic resection is a alternative operation for well selected patients. On the other hand, we explored the surgical method which obtained satisfied outcomes, and that was little discussed in the existing studies.

Perspectives

Regrettably, this paper also has many limitations, including insufficient sample cases, without control group, not long-enough follow-up, and so on. So the multi -center prospective study with control group and long-term follow-up is expected in the future.
