Atrial fibrillation increase risk of stroke. This paper investigate the factors which may increase risk of in-hospital mortaltiy rate. Our study found atrial fibrillation increase the risk of hemorrhagic transformation and increase the risk of in-hospital mortality in ischemic stroke patients.
