What is it about?

Laboratory diagnosis is important in tuberculosis control program. However, little is known about the role of technicians and how they perceived of their works. This study explored the laboratory technicians related to their job.

Although its a cross-sectional and relatively narrow, it helps to better understand laboratory working performance.
