What is it about?
Can treat bilateral congenital ptosis by auto genius fascia lata or synthetic material as GORTEX but fascia lata give good contour ,height and symmetry for both eyes but Gortex can used in patient less than 3 years and can't take fascia.

It's a common disease between children's and good decision can relieve the psychological trauma to this children.
Perspectives
I'm oculoplastic surgery in Ain Shams university,and do this paper in children with congenital ptosis in Ain Shams clinic ,and mange the psychological trauma for these children and help me Dr Maged Mahr for good management to these patients.
