What is it about?

Exfoliation syndrome is often associated with very high intraocular pressure which can be very difficult to control, greater visual loss and cataract surgery in these patients is associated with increased risk of complications. Perspectives

This publication touches on an aspect of eye conditions that is sometimes underrated but very important. I was privileged to work with authors with vast knowledge about this syndrome and I wish that more eye professionals take out time to examine patients for it.
