Why is it important?
We found important changes of professional performance and suicide management skills related to the age, work load and burn-out symptoms. Findings on the effects of the training were rather unexpected and provide important information for the further development of the training for the emergency medical services providers.
Perspectives
I think our results are important in the development of suicide prevention and early intervention programs in a countries dealing with high rates of suicidal behavior.
