What is it about?
Allele frequency of relevant DMET SNPs in Thai population
Featured Image
Why is it important?
To monitor the safety and efficacy of risperidone therapy in ASD
Perspectives
Due to the inter-individual differences in response to drugs, it is necessary that we assess the role of polymorphisms in the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of the drug. I have studied the DMET SNPs which may alter the response of risperidone use in ASD patients. With the available data, we can further correlate phenotypes with the concerned genotypes.
