An area of frustration for bone graft delivery for T-Lif surgery yielded a tool capable of rapidly and safely administering graft to the entire prepared bone graft bed. We found that T-Lif approaches remove only 1/3 of the disk space and it is critical to fill this limited site to maximize the chance of arthrodesis.
