What is it about?
We discuss management and resolution of pinguecola-related dry eye disease refractory to previous medical treatment. A laser argon photocoagulation treatment was able to remove both the pinguecula and dry eye.

Why is it important?
It is important because it is the first time we demonstrate that pinguecula may lead to dry eye disease, and its treatment with photocoagulation may completely resolve the sign and symptoms associated .
Perspectives
I think this work will be a very interesting base for future clinical trial with an adequate sample .
