Iris Claw for aphakia needs a 5,5 incision. We used a foldable Iris Claw, traditionally for refractive surgeries, in case of High Myopia and aphakia.

We are looking for a foldable Iris Claw for aphakia, and with this publication we have shown it was possible. Only positive IOL are still not available
