Perspectives
Our findings suggest that PCL nanofibrous mesh can suppress extent of foreign body reaction in the chamber, leading to reduced capsule formation and a larger volume of the growing adipose flap. This knowledge could contribute new insight into the relationships between the foreign body reaction, capsule formation, and tissue regeneration.
