DRibbles are a kind of autophagosomes derived from tumor cells.It were used to load dendritic cells as DC vaccine. We want to explore the effect and mechanism of the DRibble-DCs vaccine for oral squamous cell carcinoma .

Why is it important?
We used DRibbles loaded DCs as Immunotherapy strategies. We confused about high concentration of DRibbles will loss the adjuvant effect. Due to DRibbles contains many antigen protein. So we try to associate with funtion of DCs with Endoplasmic reticulum stress（ERS).
