What is it about?
Kidney and ureter cancer is rare and devastating malignancy. We followed patients after therapuetic surgery for these tumors. We showed very high frequency of bladder cancer recurrence, even though it was not involved in the beginning.

Why is it important?
Our Study is very unique in the lentgh of folllow up, and the important finding. Over 40% bladder recurrence rate support treating the bladder in the first place, to prevent the development of these tumors. We recommend intravesical bladder instillation of chemotherapy or immunotherapy.
Perspectives
