Why is it important?

The routine use of PROs to perform patient-centered care is now possible regarding software and technology. We wish to give a perspective of what have been done and what we need to overcome, to implement the active use of PROs in follow-up care.

Perspectives

PROs collected ahead of a consultation and presented to the clinician, prepare both the patient and the clinician on what matters most, thus focus the intervention on what gives quality for the individual and save ressources spent on trivialities.
