ZWINT1 is aberrantly expressed in patients with lung cancer.

What is it about?

ZWINT1 is highly expressed in lung tumor patients. High expression of ZWINT1 might predict poor OS and DFS in lung cancer patients. Moreover, disease stage and expression level of ZWINT1 were correlated with recurrence-free survival and OS in lung cancer.

Why is it important?

Targeting ZWINT1 might be an alternative choice for treatment of lung cancer.
