Why is it important?

Our findings concludes that empiric antibiotic therapy is beneficial in patients and leads to a reduction in the mortality rate. Factors including irrational antibiotic selection, prescribing contraindicated drug combinations, and use of nephrotoxic drugs were associated with high mortality rate and poor clinical outcomes.

Perspectives

Research article writing is great honor and pleasure. This research article focuses on rational use of antibiotics specially in ICU patients. This study will help medical practitioners to prescribe safe antibiotics keeping the results of this study. And further study should be done as far as rational use of antibiotics is concerned. We are facing the huge problem of antibiotic resistance so it should be dealt seriously and immediately.
