What is it about?

We used the systemic inflammatory syndrome ans the MELD score to prédiction the death in hospital of cirrhotic patients in Africain setting. Never these prognostic were previouly studied in cirrhotic patient admitted for the first tome in Africain hospitals mostly known to lack médical facilities. De demonstrated as states elsewhere these scores are also useful in africain setting

These scores are important as they are more accurate than Child Pugh score mostly subjective.

Perspectives

Our prospective is to assess the accuracy of these scores in Africain patients with primary liver cancer.
