What is it about?
In this study, we have developed a sophisticated technique within the realm of genetic engineering. This method enables the facile concatenation of numerous DNA fragments. While conventional genetic engineering techniques often employ Escherichia coli, the distinctive feature of our research lies in the utilization of baker's yeast.
