What is it about?
Coronavirus or COVID-19 is the virus which is being affected across the global. The word CORONA is well known to the people at every nook and corner of the world. The wild Coronavirus identified first in china in December 2019 and then it is affected by multiple countries in the short span. Due to Corona, a lot of negative impact on human beings and also, various industries and business sectors also affected severely. IT industry is one of the sectors which is affected due to the menacing Corona. Indian IT industry serves the majority service to the various customer globally. It is critical to understand and ensure how the service can be seamlessly provided to the customers with less impact. This paper talks about the distinct challenges to the IT industries. Also, we discuss the collaborative approach that is needed from various stakeholders to ensure the uninterrupted service from the Indian subcontinent for global customers.

The spread of Coronavirus and subsequent lockdown negatively impact various industries and people in multiple ways. However, this is unavoidable as we need to fight against the corona war and reduce the number of loss of human beings. Many organisations are unable to operate the business and deliver to their customer. But at least the IT industry is consecrated to allow their employees to work from home and manage the business. This is possible because of its nature of the electronic format of delivery for their remote customers globally. To ensure the seamless delivery, uninterrupted service to the customers, retain the reputation and business with the Indian IT industry, secure to the revenue for the Indian sub-continent, ensure the employment for the Indian IT techies, it is essential to have a collaborative effort from employer, employees, authorities such as power, telecom, central and state governments.
